About
The City of Concord owns the Fort Eddy Road Reprocessing Center. As of July 1, 2024, the facility is now operated by Raymond's Landscaping LLC (formerly managed by Gelinas Excavation). This facility is a construction and earth materials recycling site for homeowners and contractors.

Hours
Closed for the winter season. Will reopen in the spring. For snow dumping or salt/ice melt, please call the recycling center first before arrival.
Location & Directions
Located at 10 Intervale Road (off of Fort Eddy Road) in Concord, New Hampshire, behind VCA Capital Area Veterinary Emergency and Specialty.
Load Regulations
Loads must be 100% free of any unacceptable materials. Invasive plant species are not acceptable for disposal. Any unacceptable materials dumped will be retrieved by the person who dumped them. Illegal dumping will be subject to fines and penalties. Residents are required to empty the contents of bags when disposing of yard waste. Raymond's Landscaping reserves the right to reject any load.
Acceptable Drop-Off Materials & Items For Purchase
Raymond's Landscaping accepts and sells reprocessed earth materials. Materials purchased are not guaranteed to be free of debris since they are recycled earth materials.
Free Leaf Drop-Off
Concord and Penacook residents (non-commercial) can drop off grass clippings and leaves without a charge if it is smaller than a pick-up truck, with proof of residency. Any commercial vehicles, non-residents, larger loads, or other materials will be charged. You will be asked to empty the bag or container at drop-off to confirm no restricted items are within your load. Residents do not have to purchase biodegradable yard waste bags for drop-off, containers can be used; whatever container is used to hold grass clippings and leaves will need to be taken back with you.

Materials are available for pick up or delivery. Ask about $5 buckets. Delivery fee is $25 for up to 10 miles from yard per load and $25 for every 5 miles over 10. Tri-Axle rate $125 per hour.

Automated Collection for Trash & Recycling
Concord will transition to automated collection for curbside trash & recycling, beginning with a 2-year pilot program for trial routes the week of June 29, 2026, and then city-wide in July 2028. Single-stream recycling and the PAYT Program will continue. More Information
