Responsibilities
The Sears Block Tax Increment Finance District Advisory Board reviews the scope and cost of infrastructure improvements within the district, as well as any policies concerning operation and management of the district itself.

The Sears Block Tax Increment Finance District Advisory Board is appointed by the Mayor. If you are interested in serving on this committee, please complete the attached application and submit it to the City Clerk’s Office. Please understand that your submission is for consideration and does not signify that you will be nominated. Your letter of interest and resume will be kept on file for six months from the date of receipt.
