Bulk leaf collection begins Oct. 30. Rake leaves to the curb for a one-time collection. Crews will collect leaves as weather permits, focusing within the City drainage system. Bagged collection begins Nov. 20 for residents with curbside trash collection.
City offices will be closed on Monday, December 25 in observance of Christmas Day. Trash and recycling collection for Monday will be postponed to Tuesday. Collection will be delayed by one day for the rest of the week into Saturday. The Concord Transfer Station will be closed on Sunday and Monday. Happy holidays!
For meetings held in the City Council Chambers, any person who is unable to access the upper level of the Council Chambers to address the City Council or any other public body may use the podium and/or microphone located at the lower level of the Council Chambers. Other reasonable accommodations may be available upon request.

The City Hall lobby is the official location for meeting and agenda postings and not this web site.
