Virtual cards are only available to Concord or Penacook residents. If you would like to apply for a card but you are not a resident, please visit one of our branches to fill out an application in person. Thanks!
We will get to work on your application soon. Once your card is entered into our system, our Circulation Supervisor will email you the details on accessing your account from home. With a virtual account, you are able to access our online resources and place items on hold for pickup. Your account will be valid for sixty days once entered into our system.
To pick up your physical card and renew your CPL account, simply bring a photo ID* to the Main Branch, and let the staff on duty know that you are picking up a virtual card. Please let us know if you have any questions (603-225-8670 or library@concordnh.gov)
*If your photo ID does not have your current Concord or Penacook address listed, please bring a piece of mail, utility bill, car registration, or other proof of address as well.
