City offices will be closed on Monday, October 10 in observance of Indigenous Peoples' Day. Trash and recycling collection will not be postponed. Collection will follow its regular schedule for the entire week.
Concord's Fall Leaf Collection returns with bulk collection starting October 31 and will continue as weather permits. Bagged leaf collection begins November 21 and will continue for three weeks through December 9 for residents with curbside trash collection.

The Supervisors of the Checklist for the City of Concord will hold a session on October 31, 2022 between 4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the Concord Clerk’s Office 41 Green Street, Concord, NH 03301.
This is the last day to accept voter registration applications. No additions or corrections shall be made to the checklist after this session until Election Day, except as provided in (RSA 659:12; 654:28, II).
RPAC regularly meets the third Thursday of the month and public welcome.
Capitol Street, from Green Street to North State Street
Rumford Street will be closed between Warren Street and Short Street.
Capital Street will be closed between Green Street and North State Street.
The following streets will be closed: Fruit Street southbound, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Clinton Street westbound, between Princeton Street and Silk Farm Road, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM; and Fruit Street northbound from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM.
Race begins at Gould Hill Farm in Hopkinton and ends in Downtown Concord on North Main Street.
North Main Street, from School Street to Centre Street; Park Street, from North Main to North State Street; and Centre Street.
Coned "runner lanes" to be set on Hopkinton Road; North Main Street (southbound from Bouton Street to Centre Street); Bouton Street (southbound from Penacook Street to North Main Street); Rumford Street, from Penacook Street to Albin Street; Liberty Street, from Centre Street to Rumford Street; and Auburn Street.
Parking spaces will be encumbered on North State Street, from Capitol Street to Park Street; and on Capitol Street, from North State Street to North Main Street.
The following streets will be closed:
Auburn Street will be closed from Centre Street to Franklin Street.
Oakmont Drive will be closed.
For meetings held in the City Council Chambers, any person who is unable to access the upper level of the Council Chambers to address the City Council or any other public body may use the podium and/or microphone located at the lower level of the Council Chambers. Other reasonable accommodations may be available upon request.
