Code Administration Division

The Code Administration Office assists the public through the process of, and is responsible for, the administration of building, housing, licensing, and health regulations.  The division also coordinates appeals the Building Board of Appeals.

Please note that all zoning functions were transferred from the Code Administration Division to the Planning Division. This transition was implemented on September 30, 2024.  Therefore, members of the public should now contact the City’s Planning Division for all zoning related items, including applications to the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
