Responsibilities
The Trustees of Trust Funds is completely responsible for custody of all trust funds. All investments or reinvestments of trust funds shall be made only with the authorization of the majority vote of the full Board of Trustees.

The Trustees of Trust Funds is appointed by the City Manager.
